Scope
This notice describes the Kalparu marketing website. It does not establish data-processing terms for a live Mitthoo deployment; those terms need to be agreed separately before product use.
Information you choose to share
If you contact us, your enquiry may include your name, email, company, optional phone number, interests, and message. We use that information to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including passwords, payment credentials, or sensitive personal information.
Enquiry submissions
Submitting the contact form saves your enquiry for manual review by Kalparu. The website confirms receipt only after the enquiry has been stored. No automatic email notification is sent by the form. You may also contact us directly using your email application.
Storage and access
Enquiries are appended to a private file on the server running the website. This file is outside the public website directory and is accessible through authorised server access. Enquiry details are used to review and respond to your request. IP addresses are used temporarily in server memory for abuse prevention and are not written to the enquiry file.
Website preferences and technical information
Your theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. The website does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics in its current implementation. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to serve the site and handle enquiries.
Voice preview
The voice preview is a visual, scripted walkthrough. It does not access your microphone, record audio, or create a live AI call. A future live integration will require its own information and consent flow.
Sharing and retention
Enquiry information is intended for responding to you and related communication. Hosting and email providers may process it for those purposes. Retention and provider arrangements should be confirmed with Kalparu for your specific enquiry.

To ask about information you have shared, or request a correction or deletion, contact founder@kalparu.in. We will review the request and explain any applicable limitations.
